| This presentation will detail lessons learned from implementing two types of processes into organizations: a heavy, very detailed process set and "process on a diet" ("process lite"). Both versions have strengths and weaknesses and what works best depends upon the organization. Some organizations need processes that are highly detailed and tell team members exactly what, when, where, and how; other organizations can effectively use processes that tell the what and leave the how up to local implementation. The presenter will discuss what worked well in both instances and what should have been done differently. At the conclusion of this presentation, the audience will have some additional insight into what might work in their organizations.
