is an organization of software professionals
and companies in the Shanghai and East China
area, who are interested in software process
improvement. Its mission to align with SEI/CMU
in promoting software process engineering education
& training as well as SPI technologies &
experiences sharing among members, providing
aids of CMM consultancy and certification program
to members to help improving their international
presence, strengthening the international exchange
and cooperation.
